Dag Cramer, CEO & Chief Investment Officer

Dag Cramer is the CEO of BSG Capital Markets and BSG Management Services. Between 1989 and 2003 he was employed by Anglo American PLC and Anglo American SA where he spent all of his career in the Finance Division. In 2003 he joined Onyx SA as CEO. Onyx provides management and administrative services to BSG Investments.

Melissa Chapman, Controller

Melissa joined BSG Capital Markets in 2005 and is responsible for the financial management and reporting of the group. Prior to joining BSG, Melissa has worked for the BBC, Western Mining and Delta Gold. Melissa is a Certified Accountant and holds a BA in Commerce.

Hagit Lemberg, Trading Execution

Hagit joined BSG Capital Markets to trade FX, equity and fixed income. Prior to joining BSG Capital Markets, Hagit worked at Merrill Lynch as a VP in the Debt Capital Markets, Strategic Solution Group. Hagit holds a B.A. in Economics from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

Nicholas Spicer, Analyst

Nicholas joined BSG Capital Markets in 2007 to provide modelling and quantitative analysis to the trading operation. Prior to joining BSG Capital Markets, Nicholas had an internship in the Financial Controlling Department of BMW AG in Munich where he focused on currency and interest rate risk modelling and analysis. Nicholas holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and is currently working toward qualifying as an actuary through the Faculty of Actuaries in Edinburgh.
