David Granot

David has 34 years of experience in finance in Israel, and in the main financial centers. Including 3 years as the head of capital market division in Bank Leumi Israel, 4 years as the CEO of Bank Leumi UK. 3 years as CEO of Israel discount bank (third largest bank in Israel) and 7 years as the CEO of FIBI Israel (fifth largest bank in Israel).

David Clark

David has 20 years of experience in accounting and senior treasury functions. Prior to his appointment in March 2007 he was States Treasurer and Chief Officer of the Treasury and Resources Department in the Government of Guernsey. As such he was the senior finance and economic advisor to the Government. Before joining the Civil Service in Guernsey he had a successful career in the accounting and audit profession in both Guernsey and the United Kingdom with KPMG and Deloitte.

Sandra Merloni-Horemans

Sandra provides in house corporate counsel and has 19 years of experience in natural resources, real estate, capital markets and investment management companies. Having worked for the Steinmetz Diamond Group for 7 years, she has gained broad experience in the management of company administration at group level. She currently holds posts as director in several BSG group companies.

Kevin McAuliffe

Kevin has 26 years experience in the offshore banking, investment and trust environment. He has held posts as Finance Director of an offshore banking group and Director, Executive and Chief Executive of a number of banks and trust companies in most major offshore centres. He has had senior management level exposure to mergers and acquisitions, marketing, investment management, banking, administration, compliance and audit environments. Kevin is a director of a number of regulated investment management companies, investment funds and AIM Listed companies. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
